The program succeeds when the principles, concepts and meta-skills are actualised into effective behaviours.
An individual is the primary judge of improvement, this provides ‘measurement of performance’ for continuous self-assessment.
Pre- and post-program questionnaires will be supplied to objectively identify the program’s objectives and efficacy.
Additional Support for individuals and groups
Our group and one-on-one coaching covers broad transformational issues within a person's ongoing personal and professional development, and career transitions as well as well-being challenges, and life choices.
During engagement with the program, simultaneous and follow-up coaching sessions are available as additional and ongoing support for participants, providing further guidance to integrate the principles and practices across all of life.
